This is my comment about this certain tim hortons place, I always buy my coffee from tim hortons, cause I think their coffee is very good and always fresh. But at this certain place, I got the most awful service ever. Wed,the 5th of february, at 718 pm, I was with my husband getting a a smoothie as we always do, almost everyday, the person that was working at the drive through window, was very rude, and nasty with us. We had specificaly asked for a smoothy, and he gave us black coffee, so when we came to the drive through window, and saw that it was the wrong cup, we told him, and he was very rude, and said it was our mistake, when it was hes. And when i said I would speak to the manager incharge, he said yeah whatever, the manager DOESENT CARE. So is this the place of proffesionalism, is this the place people should come to recieve such service? Well I for one will never go back there, as i have always made my stops there, because it was on my way going home. Customers dont need to be faced with this kind of service, and a worker does not have the right to treat customers this way, and state that the manager in charge doesnt care. That is a bad image to the buisness, and the people who service. Iam very disappointed that a place like TIM HORTONS, that is so popular with there coffee could have such degrading people working for them. ..More Reviews
